IR (Ring Inserted) Bellows
They are made by inserting individual rings into a “sleeve” of material.
IR bellows are generally used for covering ball screws and shafts.
They are of impact-resistant construction and are also available for heat resistance and/or chemical resistance by choosing appropriate materials.
WR (Welded Round) Bellows
WR bellows are made by doughnut-shaped polyurethane sheets that are stacked on top of each other and welded around the inner and outer perimeters by a high frequency welding process.
They are of high elastic construction, are completely sealed and generate few particles.
These bellows are made utilizing a proprietary material that we developed with anti-static and flame retardant properties for clean room applications with Scara Robots. They are well received in the marketplaces worldwide.
SS (Sewn Shape) Bellows
SS bellows are made by doughnut-shaped single layer sheets that are stacked on top of each other and sewn around the inner and outer perimeters.
They are suitable for the specifications that take advantage of material features such as heat resistance, chemical resistance. SS bellows are generally used for materials that cannot be produced using adhesive, high frequency sealing or thermal welding.
